How did you get GA to accept a supporting role?

In Simon's eyes she embodies the ideal mother-figure. For this part I wanted a real star. But someone who the audience doesn't recognize right away. So we sent GA the script - and she was excited! Working with her was very uncomplicated and highly professional.(...)

Pure delight for a script - or did you just pay exorbitantly high fees?

Not at all. We looked at our budget, made GA a fair offer - and she accepted it. By the way actors from the Anglo-Saxon area are generally cheaper than French actors. GA loves the result and therefore will try to attend the preview in Zurich. She's shooting in Ireland at the moment so we hope it will work out.
